In Cumberland, Maine, a commercial property gets judged from the parking lot. Our maintenance crews run commercial mowing routes across the Cumberland area — offices, retail, HOAs and multi-unit properties — with sharp blades, clean stripes and crisp edges, plus the spring and fall cleanups, core aeration and overseeding, weeding and bed care that keep grounds dialed from May to November.
What We Build
Commercial Mowing & Cleanups, in detail.
Commercial Mowing Programs
Scheduled mowing for offices, retail, HOAs and multi-unit properties — sharp cuts, trimmed edges and blown-clean walks, every visit, including retention pond mowing.
Core Aeration & Overseeding
Maine turf sits on tight glacial soil, and a season of mowing and foot traffic packs it down until water runs off instead of soaking in. We pull cores to open the root zone, then overseed into the holes so the seed lands on soil instead of thatch. Late August through early October is the window.
Dethatching
Under about half an inch, thatch is doing useful work. Thicker than that and it blocks water and holds disease. We measure it before quoting rather than selling the service by default.
Spring & Fall Cleanups
Leaves, winter debris, bed cut-backs and first/last mows that bookend the season properly — for commercial and residential properties.
Grounds Maintenance
Bed weeding, shrub trimming and mulch touch-ups on a schedule, so the whole property stays sharp, not just the grass.

Questions
Straight answers.
Do you offer seasonal mowing contracts?
Yes — commercial clients are on a scheduled route from spring through fall with a simple seasonal agreement. One rate, one crew, the same day each week.
Do you mow residential lawns?
Our mowing routes are built around commercial properties. For homeowners, we focus on cleanups, plantings, hardscapes and full landscape work rather than weekly residential mowing.
Can you take over grounds another company maintained?
Absolutely. We will walk the property first, flag anything that needs correcting — scalped edges, compaction, thin spots — and get it on our standard within a few visits.
What is included in a commercial mow?
Mowing, trimming, edging and blown-clean walks every visit. Retention pond banks are included on properties that have them. Bed weeding and shrub work are scheduled separately so the mow day stays a mow day.
Do you offer spring cleanup for commercial properties?
Yes — winter debris, first mow, bed cut-backs and a property walk to flag winter damage. Most commercial clients book spring and fall cleanups with the mowing route so it is one crew all year.
Which towns are on your mowing routes?
Cumberland, Yarmouth, Falmouth, Freeport, Portland, Scarborough and the surrounding Greater Portland towns. If you are just outside the core we will tell you whether the route can take you.
